A short description of what Lavito stores and why.

What we store

• Account: email, name, city, password (a hash, not the password itself). Your email is used to log in, reset your password and receive notifications.
• Listings and chats — for as long as the listing or chat exists. All communication between users goes through the site chat; a moderator sees a chat only when it is reported, and only the latest messages.
• Photos are processed on our server: metadata (including your phone's location tag) is removed and smaller copies are made.
• Automated review. Before publication, the text and photos of a listing (and profile photos) are checked by Claude, an AI system from Anthropic, for prohibited items, contact details and fraud. It receives only the listing content and the account's age — no email and no chats; the data is used only for the check.
• Push subscriptions — technical keys of the devices where you turned on notifications.

What we don't do

• We don't share data with ad networks and don't sell it.
• We don't show your email to other users.
• We don't send anything outside except emails, Telegram notifications (at your request), push notifications and listings for automated review.

Deletion

You can delete your account in your profile settings — the “Delete account” button. Your listings, saved items, saved searches and push subscriptions are deleted; your messages stay with the other people, signed “Deleted user”.
